Amsterdamse School Museum Het Schip explores the Amsterdam School style of architecture from the early twentieth century

Located in a housing association block designed by Michel de Klerk, it is an interesting quarter which gives off a very strong 'school vibe'. Inside you'll find a mixture of temporary and permanent exhibitions showing the history and examples of the unique style, in its political, social and artistic context. You can also see a restored working-class flat and a collection of furniture made in the Amsterdamse School style, including lamps, benches and more.

This multilanguage exhibition is a must-see for architecture enthusiasts.

Please note: Closed every Monday, April 27th, December 25th and January 1st.
